Tanya is my favorite charakter at mk4.i hope she return in MKD.

I love Tanya!

On MK4/Gold, she owned! Playing as her was incredibly fun. She had fun moves and so much speed which made her deadly in the right hands.

She was very powerful and had lots of combo potential and annoyer capabilities. Her look was cool, and her story interesting.

Her Fatalities kicked ass as did her weapon. Tanya used correctly was almost unstoppable!

I hope she returns. If she is in MKD, I hope she has all her old moves! I also hope they expand on her story and make it more interesting and open it up so that she can return in future games.

All those of you who hate her because she supposedly replaced Kitana are missing out on a great character.

I LOVED Tanya in MK4! I was extremely powerful with her (and with Sonya and Kai, for that matter). She had perfect balance--Fireball, Mid-Air Downward Fireball, Corkscrew Kick, Splits Kick. Her Boomerang, to date, is the most uniquer weapon and nobody else has had it (unless you count Jade's UMK3/MKTrilogy Boomerage Star projectile move), so Tanya has the moves to be a formiddable fighter in a future MK.

As far as her story..... don't think she was developed enough. But her mystery leaves her open for more story expansion.

I don't think she was a rip-off of anything. I think she was her own unique character. I always thought it was interesting that in her story, she's from Edenia, yet she appears to be African-American. I always thought a twsit in her storyline could be that she really is from Earth but only masqueraded as an Ediaian for ulterior reasons.
