If the next Mortal Kombat holds the Deadly Alliance theme, then, quite simply, the next Mk should be a true tag affair. Here`s what could potentially come of it.

Each character has his/her own specific fatality. Each pair of characters would have a specific fatality.
Pre-match and post-match poses would vary depending on their taste for each other (à la TEKKEN TAG)

Specific "DEADLY ALLIANCES" would have an extra special feature because they are mortal enemies by trade. This would most likely include :

Shang Tsung and Kung Lao
Sonya and Kano
or Kano and Lui Kang somehow??
Reptile can morph into Dragon King and vice versa
Jax and Mavado
Scorpion and Quan Chi
Sub Zero and Sektor (or maybe Blaze because of the fire and ice thing)
Kitana and Baraka
Drahmin and Nirara??

OK, some of these pairings might not be the best but you get the picture.

Imagine Sonya blowing a kiss at the end of the fight to distract the opponent while Kano runs in and rips out their heart and tosses it to her. A secret code makes her throw it back into his face.

If Quan Chi wins, he opens us a pit to hell in the ground and the opponent tries to run away. Scorpion then spears him in the back and drags him in the pit with the classic, "Come here!"

I`ll let you guys think up of some more ideas for TAG Fatalities. What do you think? Would this work or is TAG Battles dead?
