I got bored and started reading the fighting guide for MKDA and just remembered that Cyrax's last mission was to destroy Sub-Zero.

What do you think would happen if he actually met Sub-Zero again? Do you think he'd go haywire and actually try to kill him unwillingly or what?

No, Cyrax was assigned to kill Sub-Zero, but that's hwne he was still a mindless robot, he, now is mechanical only physically, he has a conscoiusness and a soul.

Yeah but I'm saying it was part of like the programing. So I've just been thinking that he'd start hearing orders in his head over and over again and eventually be driven nuts or something till he either attempts to do as it says or he just loses it...

Cyrax's last 'programmed' mission was not to kill Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero managed to reprogram him to defeat Shao Kahn instead. After Kahn's defeat, Cyrax shut down in a desert, later to be rescued by Sonya and Jax, who restored him with his soul through a special process.

Nope. Not yet.
Just got bored and started reading the manual and it said "Like his counterparts, his last program command is to find and terminate the Rogue ninja, Sub-Zero"...Then again it says this occurs in MK3 which is before he got trapped in the desert and reprogrammed by sub-zero so...You know what? Forget this whole thread. It was really late when I made it anyway and I wasn't thinking.

It would be cool if Cyrax offered servises for Sub if Sektor was back to destroy and overtake the Lin Kei, Cyrax would be a powerful weapon to Sub, then he could go back to SF.

if i remeber my mk info right, they reprogramed mustard in mk gold. the ending shows them putting him in a over-done bug zaper. i'm ausming this poorly re-did verion of dr. fanknstine's life making stuff was to retore cyrax's old soul.
ok, so if ya don't get it , i'll tell you slow: cyrax was re-programed when he was taken from the sand-box. the re-programing turned the ninja into a govrment dude. also, mk3 had sub-zero having fun making him into his little wined up toy, making me wonder how smart sub-zero is, how can a computer programer be outsmarted by someone who is of a lesser age? mayhaps he was "injoying" her company, if you get my drift.
so, therefor, (don't you injoy my vocab?) all the two ninja's wold do is chew the fat.

Yeah I get ya. Just forgot about that. Like I said, reading the manual, mentioned nothing about it, so I drew conclusions. That's all. It was late anyway.
