I think scorpion should stay neutral.

I wouldn't want that to happen. Scorpion should be evil if anything.

Scorpion would be better off with change. Appearance isn't the only thing that needs to evolve among a character. Scorpion's only meaning in existance is vengence. Do you think he's content with that? Every MK that passes, Scorpion becomes closer to the side of good. The way I see it, his cleansation is inevitable.

agreed, scorpion should stay neutral.

You know, Scorpion NEVER was evil. Even as a human ninja, he was honor bound. Sure, his ninja clan wasn't necessarily a band of do-gooders, but I wouldn't have classified Scorpion is being an evil human being, even though he DID end up in the Netherealm upon death. Not evil as a person, but his deeds in life were evil, i'd give you that (assassinations, etc.).
When he became a Spectre, then maybe you could consider him evil, being that he made a deal with Shinnok and Quan Chi to exact his revenge. After that, he killed Sub-Zero in the first tournament, then ended up tracking his younger brother for years until their conflict was resolved in MK4, where Scorpion beat the younger Sub-Zero and then took Quan Chi to Hell with him. Then in MKDA, his sole purpose was to find Quan Chi and bring him back to Hell so he could torture him.
I think over the course of the games, especially the transition from MK4-MKDA, Scorpion has effectively been fighting on the side of Good. Perhaps his overall being as a demonic spectre is evil, but he never really fought for the side of evil, except in UMK3 when he struck a deal with Shao Kahn to act as his servant in an attempt to get to Sub-Zero. I'm betting that in MK:D, they'll be able to classify Scorpion is "Good", or at the very least, back to his 'neutral' status.
