what if they did like soul calibur 2 and brought in some one form a different game? or maybe someone that is froma tv show that was turned into a game or something? like i would like to see psylocke or wolverine or chun li in it. or maybe someone from a tv show like buffy or someone that has a fighting chance.ust a thought or in idea to talk about, nothing serious, maybe.

i would like to see someone from Killer Instinct in it maybe someone from the marvel universe but i just don't think that will happen. this is mortal kombat

You got about a 95% chance of sommat like that happening and even then it would most be someone from another Midway game at first.. if ever.

well first, i'd use the search feature to find the thread that discussed this, then i'd think about how much SC2 sucked and how lame that little fuck link is and then i'll think about how characters like that will ruin mortal kombat.

I think it would be hard to bring in characters from other games. Not that they couldnt do it, but the character would have to fit the MK feel. I agree that a Killer Instinct character would prably do well. Also, i would like to see the Undertaker and Kane incorporated into an MK game. Make em demon spawn and give em really cool powers. LMAO.

wow, that wasnt quite what i was looking for, but thank you for your input and positive thinking and making me feel welcome to discuss things on my mind and getting other peoples opinion. it was most welcomed

i thought pyslocke would be cool because she has a wide range of knowledge in the martail arts skills, plus, hello, her own weapon. as well as wolverine. but i dont think he would have a storyline to fit in well. but pyslocke could. elektra would be cool too. i would love to see her and mileena go at it one good time!

The only prob with a Marvel character right now is that EA has exclusive rights to make some new fighting games with the Marvel superheros. So i dont think we'll see Psylocke or Wolevrine at this point in time.

what about dante from devil may cry or trish? i think they would be cool. and PLEASE keep in mind i know this wont happen, im just wanting to know what your ideas would be if you could put someone in MKD and why?

If I was gonna take anyone from any game to put into MK, it would have to be either Kane or Raziel from Legacy of Kane and Soul Reaver respectively. They would be kick ass. Raziel would fit in very well. He eats souls(souls are a very big thing in MK). He travels between Dimensions(yet another big thing about MK), and not to mention he has his own weapon and he's just awesome. His look and everything would fit in very well.

i dont know his name, but i had rented a game for ps2 called castlelvania... the guy with the whip. he seems like someone who would be good.

Ignore him, he hates everyone and everything. While normally I would've come in and said that this is a horrible idea, your suggestion of another fighting game character was somewhat intriguing. I would say, of all the games out there, maybe Fulgore would fit in the best, or Jago, both from Killer Instinct. Personally I'd like to see MK characters only, but Fulgore would potentially have fit into the Sektor/Tekunin story.

I just think only MK characters should be in the game and bringing another character from a different game would cause some confusion.

To be completely blunt, I don't think this is a good idea at all. In a game where the story has such a large role as it does in MK, it makes no sense to just randomly stick characters not from the MK universe in the game. Any such character would fit worse than Stryker by default. I think it worked in SC2, but just barely.
