What is the difference between the two (besides online play)? Is it worth getting both? Any information would be helpful.

I'm getting all 3 just because....it's MK.The difference in the ps2 and xbox versions stand as follows.
Xbox=less loading time
Crisper,sharper graphics
Ps2=Better fighting game controller (that's just my opinion)
and um yeah thats all.
Gamecube=I have no idea what so ever.The gamecube controller imo comes in last for fighting game controllers.
Those are the facts that I can think of right off the bat.Remember,some of it is just my opinion cept for the sharper graphics and less loading times.

Besides online play, we don't know what the GC will have instead.

I really dont think there will be anything different maybe on the GC for the kollector edition there is alot of talk about that but i personally think that they will all be the same.

I think the GC version will have something significantly different. Nothing too great like a secret character, arena, etc. But something like possibly FMV endings if the PS2 of Xbox doesn't have that (which I dont think they will).
The most obvious feature I think they could add, is more extras, like videos of the making or somethin like that.

No that cant be. there is no space for 24 charcters FMV Ending on a Gamecube disc. I hope there will be enough space for 2-3 characters more. the DA Disc was nearly full.

Someone above said that the gamecube was bad for fighting. I find it the easiest. Maybe I'm just used to it.

why the hell would you buy all three versions of the game? It's gonna be the same thing for PS2 & Xbox, but if your a real game head, I can understand waiting for the GC version to get the new shit. But thats a waste I think.
