Dont worry, man. Even though it seems far from now, think of how much work they'll get done. Obviously MK:DA was rushed, right? They just want the next installment of MK to be just right. Yeah, Im kind of disappointed as well but the next MK will kick some major donkey balls.

Considering how obviouly rushed MK:DA was, I wouldn't mind if they took another 3 years on MK6. I'm sick of Midway releasing half finished games. I can't think of another company that does that with such regularity. It's very poor quality control.

Hey, thats cool... Let them take the time they need to make sure we dont have a repeat of MKDA. I want multiple fatals, friendhips, pits... and creative fatals, at that. None of this neck stretching shit.

I don't think MKDA was "rushed" very much at all. How many years between MK4 and MKDA? More then enuff for them to do what had to be done to make MKDA as good as it is. MKDA isn't even a year old yet. I don't think the world will end between now and next year. Don't have a hart attack peolpe

I agree with almost everyone in saying that MK:DA felt rushed. When I originally heard that Midway were wanting to pusk their franchises harder I was worried that they were going to try to shell out as many MK's as possible. And end up comin up with an MK3 repeat, which as we all know would not be a good turn for MK after MK:DA brought the series up to it's peak once again.

MK:DA was great but it had the built in potential to be twice as good as it was. But sadly it was never properly finished.

So, instead we got a game without stage fatals, only one fatal per character, mostly lame ass contents in the Krypt, 2 half assed hidden characters, no promised ripped clothes/scarring, and no secrets. If Midway would have taken the time to finish the game it could have been phenomenal: and then maybe someone could claim that "MK has been brought up to its peak". Unfortunately MK:DA fell short, and there is no reason whatsoever for that. Had the extra time and effort been put in, it would have been far greater than it was.

Note to Midway: TAKE YOUR TIME AND DO IT RIGHT!

That's because up until 2000 they were making The Grid. They only had between the end of 2000 and 2002 to make MK: DA.

I don't think the game was "rushed". MK2 was rushed. This game has sold millions of copies in under a year. I know thats off the subject, sorry. But waiting a year for MK6 is not bad at all. I wish it was longer then that. That way people can stop saying that the games are rushed when they don't put in stuff that they said they would. People change their minds everyday. Ed Boon will change his mind 1,000 times about MK6, even if he thinks the game will be done when they want it. Time is not always the problem when making games

dont worry about waiting too long for it, most likely (99%chance) they will make another MK b4 Mk6 comes, maybe an installment to mk:DA (like MKGold,UltiMK3,MKtrilogy), Because Mk3 was rushed and they made up for it. The longer they work on it the better it'll be.

"t.p. jonny's house" "panty raiding sonya's house" "steal bo rai cho's keg" "put ice cream in cyrax's body" "smear cheese all over kano's house" and "put ex-lax in qai-chi's soup". all of these are as useful as all the missions in MGS2.

Most release dates dont really mean that exactly. Saying christmas 2004 is just kinda a basis on what they might think itll be released in. I could be released months earlier who knows. But I say the longer the better.

it's just a lil over a year. I waited nearly 3 years for MKDA... so I think I'm able to live. But hey... don't forget about other games. I'm looking forward to Rogue Squadron 3 for the gamecube and f-zero too.

Anyway...I think december 2004 is quite nice, i'm willing to wait longer if neccesary. I just want a complete and worked out game.
