They never really did a very good job on Reptile's reptillian form, IMO...in MK4 he was too human, and in DA he's not scary or vicious-looking enough, he almost looks "cute." I have a concept sketch of what I think he should look like, and I'll try to post in the fan art section, if I can figure out how.

true, but i think if they change him into a dragon he wont be "reptile" anyomre....

and i also think that hsu hsao needs to buy a new hat....

It's apparent that Sonya has spent her time since MK4 gorging on Steroids. I think she should have her look from MK1/3.

I agree with Reptile looking too "cute".

Things i don't like:

Kitana's alternate outfit. wtf? it doesn't even look like kitana...they should've done something similar to MK2 kitana.

Frost is my favorite new character and i like everything about how she looks, except in her second outfit her mouth is open in this stupid way, like she is advertising a new brand of Toothpaste lol. Her teeth are very, very white...

Bo Rai Cho shouldn't have even been in the game.

Johnny Cage is fine, but his current look is getting quite overused. in the current MK world, i don't think we have the time anymore for cool movie-star guys in sunglasses and James bond suits saving the world without a hint of doubt or struggle (in their mind).

I also agree that Kenshi needs to lose the superhero outfit.

And one last thing, i think it was a little too "excessive" to have sonya's thong showing so much. Otherwise her design is awesome.


All the rest are flawless. Exactly how they should look at this day and age in Mortal Kombat.

Also, why does Sub Zero look so old? None of the other characters have really aged...besides, hes the younger brother of the original, who according to MK1 was 32, that was 11 years ago so why does sub zero now look 60?

Sub zero has white hair because he's cold, not because he's old!
Frost is dead, a revisit from her would be entertaining, unless sahe turns into the female ninja spectre!

I'd like Raidens old straw hat back. I prefer that to his new one. If they can keep him unmasked, hat'll be appreciated! Scorpion should keep the flaming skull head as his actual look instead of it being an alternate costume.

I liked reptile in mk 4 i thought he looked humanoid enough but still had that reptilian aspect to him. I loved his second costume. The other complaint I have is for Sub-Zero. Has 20 years past since MK4. He looks so old and worn out...

yeah i know, i also prefered raidens old hat, but i wish they would stop making him so slow, i liked in the past games where he wasnt so slow, and i think he looks too fat in his 1st costume in mk:DA, i would like to see his 2nd costume be his main one...

**Kitana: She's wearing a mask in her def. costume and she's a Princess!! I mean... Am I the only one who actually NOTICES THIS???? It's like if Princess Diana weared a mask... Does it have any friggin' sense???? That is something that wasn't needed to be back... Also her alt. costume is too simple.

**Reptile: Even though I rather his MK:DA appearance than any other I also find that he's got something "strange"... His Alt. costume does not have anything special.

**Scorpion: Too conservative. His looks were not as improved as the rest of the old fighters. I mean the clothing.

**Hsu Hao: Don't know why the have to ruin this fighter's appereance. If you ckeck his look from the sketches he looked really cool, and also in that Krypt Kontent "Mortal Kandy" if you look carefully you'll notice that in that render he has that old look from the sketches, look at those red marks in his forehead, he had that "zombie" appereance that was really cool... Now he looks like an @sshole

This are ok: Mavado's, Sonya's, Kung Lao's (though his default costume seems like a pijama to me lol), Cyrax's

^cool..ihavent seen the sketches of him yet, but ill try and find them...and am i the only one that doesnt like reptiles dark "scaly" skin?

agree, shes too muscley for my liking.

i havent really notcied the sonya thing, but i do agree with the kenshi being like a superhero thing...
