If it was just like MK:DA there is no chance in hell (well maybe a slight chance) that I would buy it....

Removal of Online Mode. Period.

If it repeats itself.

1. Bringing Liu Kang back and make him the hero again. I could not stand another game filled with turkey rape calls.
2. Introducing yet another realm to the MK universe. I think Midway needs to stay with the ones they have after Orderrealm (cough...bad name...cough).
3. Making Bo Rai Cho the hero. Not a snowball's chance in hell, but you never know.
4. Oh god, or Stryker returning as the hero. ARGHHHHH! *Drops dead instantly*.

So the most key features that a good game have to have:
1. Good gameplay
2. Good graphics
3. An interesting storyline
4. Lack/Presence of kombatants
5. Online gameing
6. Something new, that makes the game more interesting. (new game mods: Chess, Puzzle kombat)
7. Much, Much Blood and suffering.
Thanks to Midway, we all get that. For me it is sure I'll get the next and the next after the next. Now that we know, the force wall will be gone, a good story of the DK and online + Chess in MK style is the perfect cure for being bored for me.

I won't buy it if it plays just like DA, or if the extras are crap and don't add anything. I'll rent it if nothing else though.

If the creators were lying when they were interviewed by Game Informer and mostly spent their time on Fatalities and Konquest wasn't fun at all. If that happens, then i will return it. But Fortunately, that isn't gonna happen

No matter what, I,ll go to wal-mart in october and ask the fat hairy guy at the desk to open the glass and give me that damn MK game. Then I'll run as fast as I can to leave the place before they can do anything. I loved MK:DA and I don't see how Deception could be less fun!!

Im actually thinking of not buying Deception as it is just now, mainly because I dont like many of the fighters so far eg Baraka, Scorpion, Ermac, Hotaru, Noob Saibot, Liu Kang, Bo Rai Cho, Li Mei. But Its obvious most of the returners are favourties for the majority so thats kewl, I'll maybe play it a few times and see how it goes tho. If they added some of my favourites, (Kitana, Kung Lao, Shang Tsung, Fujin and Kai), had great fatalities and Konquest turned out ok, then Id maybe buy it.

I have a feeling that the mini games are going to be the main focus of the game.Which means that the fighting engine is going to be the exact same as DA.Hopefully this time they will put some good stuff in the krypt not stupid concept art or pics of the creators thats just a waste.I always read the reviews of games before i decide to buy it or rent it .I know some people dont want to believe the reviews but there pretty truthful and done by professionals.I remember when driver 3 came out gamespot gave it a 5.5 i believe. Im glad i didnt buy that piece of crap that game was suppose to be the next big thing it was just another gta clone failure.Anyways gamespot gave mkda 8.1 a couple years ago. If mkd gets the same score im defeintly not buying it i would love for this game to get a 9.0 but that probaly wont happen.

I wouldn't buy MK:D if the fighting or the characters resembled those of Virtua Fighter , Tekken or Soul Calibur (even though I do think Ivy is the coolest female in a fighting game EVER , mostly because of her weapon).

lol, they already made this one in the perfect format--bring back old characters I care absolutely nothing about and not include any I like. I'm not a true "die-hard" fan, in that I won't buy it if I don't like the roster.

Stryker sucks! he's a joke! hes just a fighting demonstrater used to help create the game! they should of never made him a freaking character. Stryker = Mokap = Joke
