Ummm he has been seen in many gameplay videos and we do know some of his stories so you are kind of wrong.

havik is one of the more elusive characters in the game.
that is still a lot of character we don't know much about.

Say's some things about him in Hotaru's bio video. Can't remember exactly what's said, something to do with him bringing chaos to the balance of order.

Havik came from the "Realm of Chaos" (will be in Konquest to explore) to disrupt the chaos Hotaru is trying to bring. This can lead people to believe he is a good guy, since he's trying to overthrow the dictator (Onaga).
Also, The only styles revealed to him were Snake & Morning Star (a variation of Li Mei's Melon Mace). We do not know his second fighting style. Havik is also inferred to be the first to reveal all three costumes (since each time we see him, he generally has a different costume).

In E3, Li Mei used the Morning Star, but now used a sword without known name. His styles are Snake, Tang Soon Do & Morning Star (Spiked Melon/Mace).

You can see one of his moves in the gamesr day presentation vid. At about 1:54 into the movie he can be seen vs Kenshi in the nethership interior. He holds out both arms then the top half of his body spins around,while he walks closer towards Kenshi (it appears as if the top half of his body moves independantly to his lower half).

Yeah, it does, which is pretty cool. Kinda like the girl's head turning in "The Exorcist".
