I don't know but I think it's safe to assume Baraka and Scorpion will be two people I select. Liu Kang might be in there too.

Grunt : I will choose someone whom I have been pretty successful with in the clutch (hear that, Indians relief pitching?!?), so I will chose Sub-Zero.


Sorcerer: I will chose someone who would look concievable doing the act of sorcery, so I'll say Sindel or (if avaliable by then) Shang Tsung.

Shifter: I will be honest, I haven't read up on Chess Kombat, so I don't know what a "shifter" is, but I am assuming it is simliar to a "knight" from Chess. I guess I will make it someone reliable like Scorpion. EDIT: OK, I read up on the "Shifter", and since they do nothing more than "morph" into the character you are fighting against, then there is literally no reason to chose who the shifter should be, since you never actually USE them.

Champion: No doubt in my mind... SMOKE... if he's the human incarnate. If it's the Robot incarnate, then someone who sucks less.

Leader: Kenshi. I rule with Kenshi, and I love his character design, so that's pretty much the main reason people chose the character.

I'll have to play the game to decide what positions to hand out, but for now here are five I'd try in my first chess match:

1.Smoke
2.Noob Saibot
3.The new shokan (if the rumors prove true. Else Ben.)
4.Raiden
5.Nightwolf (the new look and dual axe style are starting to grow on me)

Shifter is stupid it means that it doesn't matter who you are because you turn into your opponent anyways, but what if you come across another shifter hhhmmmmmmm......

I suppose the shifters would just use their default bodies, hence why you'd pick one.


Or the one who started the fight would assume the default form of the other.

we'll if its like chess (im a chess player so watch out) then wouldnt you choose the person you feel the best with 1st? cause the would be like the pawn (forgive me i havent read up on it)
