well E3 is kinda far but what about the Game Developers Conference which is between 22-26 i hope some info might be revealed or a video

I posted this in another E3 thread, so I'll just copy and paste it here. Here goes:

Well E3 is "supposed" for people in the gaming industry. I say that because 50% of the people who go aren't even in it. However it does not cost anything to get in. I don't know where you got your information from but it's wrong. I've been to E3 since I was 18, which makes this my 4th year. It's not all that hard to get into it. If you know someone who works at a game store or electronic store of ANY KIND, you can basically sign on with them and go. My uncle owns a local TV and me and my friends go as employees under the TV store's name. Even though we don't even work there. As long as you are 18, there are ways around it. Trust me.

Anyways, the only thing you pay for are the conferences and workshops. Basically where they introduce the stuff. The actual showfloor where you get to see and play the games is all free when you get in. However, the lame hamburgers they serve for lunch are $10. Just for the burger! And it's on light bread, what a rip off. Anyways, I'll be spending ample amounts of time at the Midway booth playing Deception. Midway won't allow camera in there, but believe me, I'll get some good pictures. ^_~ I'll use my Solid Snake like moves to espionage my way in there.

So whens it gonna be exactly??

E3 is May 11th - 14th. On the 11th is only the conference. 12th - 14th is the actual exposition where you can play the games. The conference is usually where the big companies unviel their newest games and products. Mostly Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft.
