Zoom into the Lounge, very gently unravelling the protective film, gazing in awe of the beautiful art of the game, heart beating faster, place the disc very carefully into the XBOX. 9.) Then just having a heart attack over the game as I play if for years, then I come online to tell all of you guys how fucking amazing the game is! How's that sound?

ahh....just thinking about that day gives me goose bumps!

same thing i do for every MK release....

1. pre-order from ebgames.com, get one day shipping (for MK:DA i got the game DELIVERED on its release date!....ebgames.com is known for letting games go a day or two early for preorders)
2. rip open plastic
3. put game in Xbox
4. go right to options changing what i must
5. goto arcade mode, pick sub or scorp or noob or....ah, forget it, i need more info on the characters before i know who i play first (fatalities, moves, fighting styles, etc...)....but, history shows its either scorp or sub)
6. call into work (cough, cough)
7. turn off cell phone, pull house phone out of wall
8. apologize in advance to my fiance
9. PLAY, PLAY, PLAY

Haha em0ti0n - I forgot about work - i'll have to pull off the whole ill *cough* *slurp* shenanigans (sp?) - I did the same thing with MKDA - hahaha - they fell for it really good - and I'm so bad at playing ill!

As is tradition with me now and always, I immediately fire up two player mode, pick a character (usually always Sub-Zero or Scorpion), then pick a character to beat on...if its a character I hate, I will pick him/her, and I will beat the ever-loving shit out of the lifeless 2nd player to get a feel for the game. I usually do this with alot of the characters to see their fatalities and combos and whatnot, then i'll go into practice (if they have it) to learn a character, then I'll play Arcade mode. After I beat Arcade mode with one or two people, I'll play Konquest for a while.

Go online with it, if I have the capacity at that time. Then bitch about how it isn't deep enough. It it infact is not, then jump on the bus and go downtown to play some T5 with my boys.

Arcade or Konquest!!!

thanks queve i apriciate the compliments and after i beat the hell out of my brother in 2 player mode im going to konquest and create my guy then ure going to see what his made of in arcade

Seeing that I dont have a choice but get MKD on PS2. I will just go straight into arcade mode with my most favorite character which is "Scorpion" and beat the game on the hardest level or try to at least.....

I think I'll get started on Konquest mode first. That's what I'm looking forward to the most. Then I'll go to arcade, and then play some friends in 2 player. Don't think I'll go online right away, maybe I'll wait on that until my Monk is completed.

same here my bro is not in to mk but he likes to play i dont know why.ill first face him then beat him then ill play konquest and create my character train him and in online people are going to feel what his made of
