i love the uppercuts, my favorites were Sindel's and Sheeva's, im sorry but i hope reptile is not on MK:D?

They might have to bring it back for stage fatalities.

I think that whenever u push ur opponant towards a ledge they should make L1 an automatic uppercut. U could only use it by stage fatals or ledges tho.

man, uppercuts were cool... I remember MK2 my buddy would just sit there and wait for you, and then BANG! Uppercut, everytime, hehe.

For a while he wouldn't let me use Reptile or Sub-Zero because I'd always win. Then he got really cheap (and good) with Kitana, especially with her uppercut, he could take me out of anything with it. Because of this I said, well if I can't use Reptile or Sub-Zero, you can't use Kitana.... He one-upped me and fought his next match with Shang Tsung....

I consider the pop-ups uppercuts.

I alwyas sucked at uppercutting... they would always sweep me then uppercut me.... grrr.... But I miss them! Scorpion's spear + uppercut= Cheap! I was playing MK on my SNES the other day and I beat it by just doing that over and over again...

Most characters had uppercuts... only they were not Down+Hp... it's kind of hard to find them.. but they are there...

Uppercuts don't really fit with the new fighting engine. Not all fighting styles use uppercuts.

I want uppercuts, sweeps and roundhouse kicks back
not for everyone but we can at least have a character with all old MK goodness...

I liked the way uppercuts could be pulled of in MK:DA. The old fashioned uppercuts were too easy and predictable.
