I AM DODNE KONQUEST AND EVRYTHING. I HAVE EVEN CHECKED IN THE HOUSE THINGY WHERE KOBRA IS ALWAYS STANDING. THEN I CHECKE DON THE INTERNET THAT IT HAS TO BE AT 7PM TIL 9PM. BUT STILL I CANT FIND HER. WHATS GOING ON HERE?????

You can find Kira in the hut where Kobra is near at between 1am and 4am.

lol.
i think it has to be before you beat the game. i beat the game went back to where she was exposed to be, constantly went in and out at different times and couldnt get her. then i started it the game over went to the hut and the chest was there.

well, you can find a treasure chest at point H-2 in Earthrealm between 7-9pm. i had a little bit of a hard time finding her my self, but you find her in one of those houses at that section.
