Kitana dying might be an interesting plot point...she might be more crucial to the MK story than Liu Kang though...she sorta...bridges the gap between Outworld and Earth...not sure if we should do that...it would definitely hit home on a shock factor level though...not many would expect Kitana to be killed off.

I have to agree with HTHScorpion. To see Scorpion waste Quan Chi, and then maybe show Kano (Or Mavado for that matter) killing Shang Tsung to show how the deadly alliance had failed, and then show the Dragon King being awakened.

I seriously doubt they'd kill of Raiden, and unfortunately no one cares enough about Jax to kill him off ;P

I agree...killing Jax wouldn't do much for the story...but if i were picking someone to die in the opening FMV for MK 6...just based out of hatred alone, it'd be Jax...for storyline purposes...Kitana or Raiden...and for comedic purposes...Liu Kang...turning him into MK's version of Kenny.
