Personally... I would be happy to see Midway take the Online feature out of the PS2 version and put in the bonuses.

Online is something I am looking forward to.

So it really does not matter to me if the GC gets extra stuff, I am happy how the game has turn out.

The only thing I would like that has not been put in Deception, Is a playable Shao Khan.

Boon said extra features, so it makes me wonder if they will get any characters at all. I'm thinking just modes,pictures and maybe costumes.

Only ****** will think five extra characters is better than online play.

Costumes, Characters, and a Stage or two. Along with this release coming out, comes a Strategy guide. So whatever's missing in the PS2 guide, will be in the GC guide.

I will get it for the xbox and will play it on xb live, my son will get it for his gamecube. :) I, like VanHalen, will have the Best of Both Worlds.

for the guy that asked, u will need to first buy the network adapter for ps2. and u need dsl or cable internet. buy wireless equipment so u can set up a network. and presto, your ps2 is online. post a topic in general discussion for a more detailed answer. and as for the extra stuff, as long as it isnt extra characters i dont care what the gamecube version gets because i dont like their controller compared to the other versions. but considering all the stuff in deception u would think that cramming all that on a gc disc would already pretty much fill it up. makes me wonder....

Since I have Xbox and GC ill just buy it for xbx then rent it for gamecube.

I'm buying an X-Box to play it then I'll get it for Gamecube depending on what the extra features are.. if it's a playable Johnny Cage...then I'm in.

you are right that gamecube players won't be able to play online!

I don't own a Gamecube, but I agree with their decision to add extra characters and features. They have to wait longer and they don't get online.

I have PS2 and GCN, I don't care for online play and the only reasons I am getting MKD for PS2 is because it's sooner and because of Premium Pack. But if the extra features are worth it, I'll buy it for GC too.
