darkseid and shao kahn

Darkseid. Hoping Doomsday, but most likely Darkseid.

Something to consider: The mashup villain may not be 2 villains combined into 1, but possibly 2 villains working together, like Darkseid and Shao Kahn, and you have to fight them both, like an endurance fight.

interesante. kinda like when we had to fight noob-smoke in MK5. im thinking its gonna be darkseid in Shao Kahn fused together tho. i wonder what that would look like? lol

Can't Parallax (Green Lantern's enemy) take on somebody as a host, kinda like the Dragon King did. in which sense... well use ur imagination

that would be sweet... probly unlikely. i first heard about MK vs DC while the Sinestro Corps War was still going on in Green Lantern comix. so my first assumption for the boss was that Quan Chi was one of the warriors chosen for a yellow power ring. He does "instill great fear" and he is always looking for something to upgrade himself like Shinnok's amulet, those spells he carved onto his body in MK:DA, Onaga's army, the chamber he created in MK:D, etc. so y not get his greedy paws on a yellow ring eh? lol but i know thats not gonna happen either.

Exactly! Parallax is sort of like a Symbiote in the fact that he can lach on, and take victims. It would be cool if he possessed Shao Kahn, or he could even return as Kyle Rayner to face Green Lantern.

It's been confirmed now that it is one big boss, not two, and since MKO's interview ruled out tag teams, then this is almost definitely a merged villain now. You guys should stop being in denial, it's reminding me when this site first announced this game and you all called it a hoax.

I would love for it to be a Braniac/Shao Kahn.


Thats the only way to have it make sense, without Braniac, its a DBZ rip off.

As much as I liked Rebirth and the Sinestro Corps War, I can't see Parallax showing up. It'd be like Vandal Savage or Imperiex being the final villain. Comic fans would know what was going on, but those of us not into comics wouldn't know him. And Boon said Iconic, so it looks like someone like Darkseid or Braniac.

hmmmm i didnt even think about Brainiac. I guess he would be considered a "conqueror" bekuz he does collect major cities from every world into a bottle LoL. it would be pretty easy to merge with him too bekuz he doesnt really have a body, he's just a strong psychic essence right?

He's a living computer from Krypton. He could use implants and download himself into say....Shao Kahn for example.

Alright I'm not sure how they would do it story wise. But i'm picturing a cross between Doomsday and Shao Kahn. And its just like a big monsterous kahn, and all the spikes from his outfit are replaced with bones. Like instead of the spikes running from his helmet, they're replaced with two twisting horns. I think that would work nicely.

actually, not to be an ass, but Doob-Smoke was in MK6 for thos keeping count
