I would love for it to be a Braniac/Shao Kahn.
Thats the only way to have it make sense, without Braniac, its a DBZ rip off.

Exactly. Remember gestalt transformers?
As far as a boss is concerned why not have a physical representation of the One Being who was mentioned in Deception? I think that would pervert the entire MK Universe but I can't think of another titanic boss that could fit that description who could merge both worlds together.
I was thinking though in terms of a mash-up style character for MK you have Goro and for DC, well I'm not too familiar with DC so you guys decide on that.

Because this game is a "What If" kind of game dating back to MK 2 and 3.
The whole one being dude was mentioned in Deception.
Besides, a crossover game like this should not have any new characters that have not been introduced yet. Save that for MK9
I think it will be Shao Kahn and...Lex. And together they will look like Shao Kahn. Nah I'm just kidding. Probably Kahn and Darkseid.
Also I think its interesting to note that technically Dark Seid last name is Khan. Which is pronounced just like Kahn but spelled alittle different

i would like to see braniac and mr.freeze
i was actually hoping that Doomsday would be the sub-boss. u know like where there's usually some giant monster- Moloch, Goro, Kintaro, etc. But since Boon said "one big boss" there probly wont be any sub-boss. Just our Dark-Kahn or Kahniac character.

Yes, I recall them.
Well actually, I looked them up on wikipedia.
But those Transformers were meant to combine, it was there design
In DBZ they fused two beings not meant to fuse, while the gestalt... it was intended.

no?
which MK was it then? (eventho this has nothing to do with the "mash-up villian" of MK vs DC) but this is what happens... Drahmin spears Quan Chi into his recovery chamber and they emerge as ONE perfect warrior. i remember it well bekuz it gave me goosebumps. i hope the MK staff expands on it in MK9
