From My Own Perspective, Hotaru. He Is Fighting For 'Order' In Outworld. In A Recent Thread, Few People Concluded For Hotaru To Definitely Be Either Good Or Evil. Most Guessed He Is Neutral. But Fighting For Order Just Sounds Too Awkward For Any Mortal Kombat Character.......Hotaru's Up To Something. I Say He Will Betray Anyone Allied With Him.

So It's Either Baraka Or Hotaru.
