Mileena is a loser clone of Kitana... Li Mei is original and good fighter... Li Mei is really better than Mileena

Mileena. I like her story more than LiMei's.

I like Mileena far better than Li Mei. I don't like Li Mei overall. I don't see how Li Mei is a clone of Mileena. Mileena and Li Mei are totaly differant. They fight differant, they look different. The only thing that Mileena and Li Mei share is the color pink. Just my opinion.

Well Mileena is a way better copy than Kitana, Kitana was terrible in DA her fighting styles sucked and so did her fatality. Mileena in the other hand is a better fighter and her fatality is looking good.
Li Mei and Mileena have the Sais and it just seems like a clone of Mileena. Except worse.

I can't say because I couldn't play as Mileena in MKDA and make a direct comparison. Until now the most recent MK she's been in is MK Gold. It'd make no sense to compare her to MKDA Li Mei. Apples and oranges, gentlemen. I'll be able to make more of a determination once MKD comes out.

lol. what are you people making your choices based on? mileena in the old mk games. the question "who is better" shouldnt even be asked at this point in time. how do you know that mileena wont suck in mkd? you dont..most of you people hollar your "li mei is a clone" bull shit..and thats really stupid.

why? cause li mei is in no way a clone of mileena..they dont share any of the same moves..they both use sais..gig deal. in real martial arts, people use the same weapons all the time.

if anyone is a clone, its milena. shes a direct swap of kitana.

my vote goes to li mei. why? shes only been in 1 mk game (not counting the mk handhelds and upcoming mk6...compaired to mileenas 4 games) and shes more orginal than mileena ever was.

I prefere Mileena loads, better story, better moves, you know, she wins in every department...

I am definately a Mileena fan. I did not like Li Mei at all. The only thing I liked about her was her Lui He Ba Fa fighting style.

I like Mileena better. I enjoyed playing as Mileena in previous MK games whereas I hated playing as Li Mei. Mileena also has a story and character depth. Li Mei has a paper-thin story that we've already seen and she doesn't appear to be much more than pointless T'n'A.

Well. I liked both of them about equally... Which wasn't saying alot. But i have to admit, They both look awesome in MK:D!

mileena sucks shit, li mei is'nt the best in my opinion, but she is a million times better then mi-fucking-worthless-piece-of-shit-leena.

I'm with scorpio on this one...it's ok to say who looks best so far. But you can't compare based on previous games, nor can you put charaters down based on how they play...cuz YOU HAVN'T PLAYED AS THEM YET IN MK:D! No if's and but's about it...it's simple.
...and it appears that people are still holding it against Li-Mei, the fact they shared weapons....OH NOOO!! End of the world!! ;)

Personally, I think both characters are shapping up very nicely. Mileenas outfit is amazing (very nice arabic-like look), as is Li Mei's. I think they have done something really great with her. Mileena has her sai's back (EVERYONE CAN BREATH NOW!) and Li'Mei's morning star is great, and seems to suit her REALLY well. Fighting styles for each character are great. Both very different, which had me worried at the beginning. Thought mileena might have li-meis old ones...but NO! Ed had us again...trust the man...he knows what he's doing ;)

Fatalities...well they both got good ones so far. I love the way Li Mei knocks her opponent around like a rag doll...LEATHAL! I just can't wait to see what happens at the end...
And Mileena, her one was great. I'm so glad she actually did something with her teeth...rather than spitting bloody nails...that was stupid! And the head bite one got 1,000,000 times better when I heard her funky little "mmmmmmm, hahaha" at the end of it...man that ROCKS!!

Yeah, Mileena's fatality shows what a psycho biatch she is, IT ROCKS! Li Mei fatality, on the other hand, is horrible. I'm glad she got rid of the sais they weren't working for her.

Just on the topis of sais (not directed at you SmokeYa)...but c'mon...the fact that Li Mei had sais in MK:DA...it ain't that bad! At least the sais were in MK:DA! 2 people with sais in one game...maybe reason to complain, but people should have been happy!! Boon may have left them out of MK:DA completly...right? Ahh! See...think about it

I have been in love with Mileena ever since I saw the commercial for MK2. She is just an awesome bitch. When I saw her and her sais - I was like OMG. Anyway, she has always been one of my favorite characters in ANY fighting game (besides my girls Chun Li and Sonya).

So... obviously, I think that Mileena is much better than Li Mei. I think that her new costumes are AMAZING. Mileena looks like royalty. I think she has gotten the best makeover.

Li Mei however... does look incredible this time around. I love her new blue outfit and her bandana. She looks incredible. Also, she looks prettier and more realistic. I really thought she looked like a filthy whore in MK:DA. I didn't like her. I think she'll be much better this time around.

I love Mileena. Yay.
