Until I actually play the new game,that's a kind of hard question to answer.

That is a terrible list in my opinion. Oh well here's mine.

Dairou, Darrius, Hotaru, Havik, Kobra, Rain,
Li Mei, Kabal, Kano, Mavado, Jade, Quan Chi, Reiko, Jarek, Noob-Smoke, and either Kenshi or Ermac, not both. Plus eight new characters for a total of 24.

Baraka, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Noob Saibob and Smoke seperate (unless this is possible in Deception) Hotaru, Raiden, Sektor, Cyrax, Kabal, Asharah, Ermac, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Quan Chi, Rain, Nightwolf, and the rest new characters.

Not a bad list, but I DOUBT Onaga will survive after this MK game. He's pratically destined to die after this game, but of course they'll need a new boss for MK7.

As long as Ermac makes it to MK7 I'll be happy.

If Sonya survives and is playable in MK7 I will be happy.
