Well Queve, as much as I dislike you, that is really bad and I was hoping you'd get online sometime... But I don't think I'm going to get online either afterall. Because, there are so many other things I want to do, as in, invest. The connections etc will probably be expensive, and I have so many other things I want to do with money.
Besides, I hardly play video games anymore... Why, the fact that I've been coming to mk5.org pretty much everyday is only because I'm on holidays. When school kicks back in, I'm not sure I'll be coming to the internet anymore.

I don't have Xbox Live or anything and I currently cannot afford it so I'm staying offline for this game.

im pretty sure PS2 connection is just 50 dollars to buy and just connects to your regular internet cost, no extra pay.

Unfortunatly I wont be able to play onlnine either i have dial up and its only for broadband.

I have no idea how it works and it may be too expensive for me.

the price of the adapter is for only 25 dollar here and broadband connection is no problem for me. I have PS2 too you know and I am proud to have it.

I'll probably play the game a long time before getting online. I have broadband internet, but no PS2 online adaptor. I have a great friend who lives close, and he's loved MK since day one like me. We'll probably have some hella fights, and unlock all the goodies before I even think about going online.

hmm.. me to.. for one i don't wanna have to get a router(because i don't own one..) and have to set up and by the modem and mabe hd for the ps2... eh.. mabe in the next mk... ps3 might just have online addapted on it...

Offline is fine for me. I will not spend any money on the PS2 connections.

I might play online, I never played a game online before. I don't have any of the online thing for PS2 or dont have cable yet. But it probably couldn't be that much if you get paid good.

Ya Queve your response sounds exactly like me.... I don't have the online capability yet, and I probably won't buy it immediately with the game. But I will eventually do it because I honestly have nobody else to play it against.... All my roomates and friends love playing the smackdown games with me but they can't stand fighting games, so I will definately be online eventually.

Im getting my adapter for 34.99 the day i get my MK game. I might not play online for a week or so, but I thought it would be so bad ass to play over the internet, so here i get my chance. I have PS2 and I am guessing there will be no extra chargeto play it since all other game (exception of FFX2) are free,.

First of all, thanks for the kind words to the users that responded, and I’m also glad (in the good way of the word) that there are actually a couple of people that wont be online either (and I mean this in the good way, dont take me wrong ).

Thanks bro. But sadly, I know NO ONE who loves Mk as much as I do, or as a true fan. I don’t have any competition here, its just me against the AI.

Who knows? I might get the online thing, but I doubt it. I also want to start saving for a PS3 and maybe even Mk7.

But would anyone please care to explain who it works?
