I believe Ben is kobra, they have they same cobra symbol on their outfits, maybe his full name is Ben Kobra, or Kobra could be his nickname.

I think they just used the name "Ben" to mock the SF char. Ken, because of their similarities.

It's been asked several times... this is the 2nd time I've seen you create a thread that has been mentioned before, It'd help if you just went and did a search. Either way it's been speculated that it's Ben/Kobra considering his attire
