Who isn't in the prison and isn't playable ? (or are they?)

Maybe the super unlockables are the characters that are not in the prison and have not been seen so far. I mean, for a minute I thought that every character in MK that hasn't been confirmed as playable in MK:D was in the prison, but then I noticed Sheeva wasn't in the list, but there are, however, 2 Reptiles ! They also didn't mention Jarek this time but we have seen screenshots of him. Maybe Sheeva in the prison and hasn't been seen or they forgot to mention her (they did mention Kung Lao twice).
What do you think ? Did I miss anyone ? Meat, Chameleon and Sheeva as hidden characters ? I'd like to hear everyones opinion =)

I've said it before and i'll say it again.It is not likely any of them will be playable.If any are it will be maybe like one or two,but I don't think there will be anymore than that.
Then again,who knows.All I said was speculation.

I didn't see Jarek, Jade, or Tanya in the prison this time (they probably removed them from this build) and I didn't see Sheeva, Motaro, Blaze, Moloch, Khameleon, Kenshi, Raiden, or Classic Sub-Zero either. Also didn't see Chameleon or Meat, but thy're likely not canon characters anyway.

Jade was in the prison, and she is playable.
this thoeay does not hold true, plus meat and chamleon were non cannon fun characters.

I know Meat and C/Khameleon were non cannon characters, but to be honest, I liked them more than a lot of characters. For example, I like Khameleon more than Kano and Meat more than Drahmin (even if he has no story or moves).
If none of the characters in the prison will be playable, are you saying (in other words, of course) that all the super unlockable characters will be new characters ?

What would be really awesome, is if the people locked in the prison were playable/Super Unlockables. Remember in MK:DA there was the tombstone unlocking thing, what if beating the game gave you a choice of a prison cell to unlock or something :P Would be very cool.

I thought Havik was supposed to be the updated Meat but whatever. I hope Sheeva is playable. The only other reason I could list for her not being there is that she was stabbed to death.
