I don't think anybody should die. I like evry single MK character. . . except Le Mei, Drahmin, and Mavado. They suck and barely have a point to be in the story

Scorpion, Mileena, Baraka, Noob Saibot should die. Their stories have become repetitive and boring, plus it's not like any of them have done anything useful in the series:

-Scorpion's still dead and out for revenge
-Mileena dies every game
-Baraka is always someone's psychotic slave
-Noob Saibot hasn't even done anything since his arrival in the series other than kill Goro, which he only did the last game. Now that Shao Kahn's been assassinated, I bet he'll just start to work for the Dragon King, like when Shinnok died he went to work for Kahn.

I don't think Mileena should die. IMO she has one of the best storylines in MK, and she still has a lot of potential; as a good or evil character.
BTW, she only died once.

If you were to base who should die solely on who's useless to the story, then I say Scorpion, Sonya, Jax, Kano, Johnny Cage, and maybe a few others should die.
But I base it on who's useless, easily replaceable, and has few fans. And that'd be Jax, I believe.

But If boon decides to pull a Sub-Zero, and keeps someone Dead forever...then it better be Scorpion, he is overrated, and his story is repetitive, I mean, it cant be that hard to kill Quan Chi, I mean, just get past Baraka, which anybody can do, and Kill Quan with your spear to the heart, use your brain Scorpion!!!!!

Johnny Cage NEEDS to die. Horrible character, absolutely NO potential, and a total waste. He doesnt play a good role at all and his story is unbelievably down the drain. I hope he dies and never returns again, hes useless IMO.

If i had to say another it would be Tanya. Shes just flat out boring in my eyes, nothing special.

I feel no hate towards any Mk character, but I wouldn’t care if the following died:

Scorpion:

His role has been the exact same since game 1, no improvement, and although he was cool in Mk1, I found him stale and boring ever since.

Kitana:

Although I like her, I find Sindel, Mileena, Jade and even Tanya more important and interesting to the story.

Then, we have others like Mokap, Chamaleon, Khamaleon, and similars that could die.

Kano:

We have passed the black-dragon age/era to a new more powerful one, the red dragon. Its time for one of my favorite villians to go.

Although I can respect that other fans like them more than I do, I think that Sonya, Jax, Johnny Cage, and especially Tanya can all die or disappear. Their character designs and storylines seem weak and/or tired to me. Liu Kang's supposed death came as no great shock to me; he could stay dead, too, for all I care.

But hey, we all have our favourites, don't we?

I would totally love to see Raiden die! I'd love it if Raiden was killed and all the Earthrealm fighters were left on their own, it would add an aura of hopelessness to the game.

I like this idea. In the beginning FMV, they should kill Stryker and Rain. This will confirm the fact that they will never even bother us again. It doesn't even have to have reason of any kind. Actually, it would be better if it didn't. Unnecessary death for unnecessary characters.

I agree. I think there should be "Strykeralities" in the next MK where instead of killing their defeated opponent, the fighter drags Stryker into the arena and kills him in their own way.

I would kinda like em to sacrifice Stryker to the DK but I doubt it; This is MK remember (Nobody really dies for good:)
1. Liu Kang died after MK3 and MK4
2. Kano died after MK3
3. Shang Tsung died after MK1, MK2, and MK3
4. Classic Sub Zero (who hasn't returned YET!?!)
5. Sindel died before any of it
6. Scorpion (prob. in every game)
7. Mileena (I think she died after MK2 - similar to MK Annihilation)
8. Goro (died after MK1 and MK4)
9. Shao Kahn (died after MK2 maybe)
10. Johnny Cage (after MK2)

Sheeva and Motaro are both dead, too. Sheeva killed Motaro, and then Shao Kahn killed her. If my memory serves me correctly.

Raiden dying would add an awesome twist to the story. Then maybe Fujin can step back in :-p

Johnny Cage: As other stated before. I think it's his time to die.

Jax: I liked Jax in MK3. But in MKDA he was ruined IMO. just didn't like the whole "ghetto" and "i have a gun in mk" and that brings me to another fighter

Stryker: Guns...he had a gun..kind of ruins the whole point of MK...everyone else has swords o staffs and stuff and him and jax have guns...They just dont fit very well

Jax- Unless he VERY quickly turns back into the old style no nosense strongman.
Jarek- IF him being in prison means he's back to life, kill him again.
Reiko- Have Shao Kahn himself do the job in a really brutal way.
Ben/Kobra/whatever- Should have stayed in Street Fighter or Tekken, ripoff boy.
Mokap- Like we'll ever see him again anyway.
Liu Kang- Kill him again and again. Whatever it takes to make sure he NEVER comes back.

Bo Ra Cho and Jax needs to Die. Don't Kill Kabal And Kung Lao is cool.
