There are 6 super unlockable characters. No one knows who they are.

But all the other regular lockables are known.

I think that my six would be Sektor, Sareena, Kitana, Fujin, Rain, and Quan Chi. Hopefully they are each updated a little bit and I hope Quan Chi doesn't have that horrible Neck Strecher Fatality but I guess we'll find out who they are soon and I can't wait until it's released
