Cant we create a room for MKO members only?

Someone can create the room, make a password, and post it here on this board.So MKO members can come to the room and chat and eventually start up tournies

Or we can just create huge ass MKO tournaments in the Tournament rooms and have passwords to enter them

That would be really fun! Playing people from MKO would surely be a joy. Making a room with a password? Dunno if you can do that. Then again, I'm not ordering Live until October, so I really wouldn't know...

I'd love to take part in any tournaments going on. Hopefully I'll have all the necessary stuff by the time MKD comes out to be able to do so.

You should get an irc channel specially made for those who want to compete in these torunaments or matches. I think it'd be better that way. Anyone who wants to play should come into the channel and sign up. Matches are to be played whenever the two challengers are on and they can feed back the results.

I think it'll be something like "Finally! He can put up or shut up!" Right now, you can talk all the dirt you want about how good you are at MK, but you never know until you fight them yourself. MKO could resolve such petty issues and make the world a better place.

Most online games (for PS2 anyway) have an option to create your own "room" and have it password protected. There is usually a limited amount of space in them though. Maybe an IRC channel would be the route to take.
