cartman i think you can only give the character moves from previous characters, i don't think you can make one look like venom, most likely just old mk characters. but if you want yours like noob or ermac i say go for it because that will be your character, everyone gives me shit cause i like reiko but we will see when the game comes out and i have reikos moves for my character

I have alot of info on konquest, of course every MK character in history will be in this game in 3d. there will be 6 realms(nitaras realm separted outworlds, the outworld,earth realm, edeinia?, reptiles race realm???, and others i dont really know about. edenia is part of outworld so that is weird, and also netherrealm.

you start off with a monk, proably boy(or girl).

you get badges from learning new moves and meeting people

the dead people will proably be in outworld, the shokans in edina, the human people in earth realm.

does your monk fight in konquest, i dont really think so, i just think you get older and costomize by the different badges you get.

you get 3 fighting styles, it could even be 2 weapon fighting styles and one palm. you meet different fighters at different realms and different times.

the monk doesnt get old and die, when you become adult, u would have beaten the konquest mode, and then you would be able to use your monk fighter,(no you cant use him when he is 13 yrs old)

you meet people and take there specail moves(kinda like mega man) meet lui kang, and probably use his bicycle kick, and learn some exclusive moves too. I heard every person you meet you can get there fighting style, so that means if your favortie fighter wont make the game, you could give your monk fighter there moves and there you go, a monk shao khan, or a monk goro.as for weapons, i think only the weapons in the arcade mode can be used for your fighter. when you are 13 in the konquest, you proably meet old ass shang tsung and classic subby,and human reptile, in earth realm, but when u get older in the game, reptile is an animal, and shang is younger and subby is older.

the realms I could think of , of the 6 realms that are in are, *confirmed realms.

1.earthmrealm*
2.outworld*
3.Edinia(part of outworld though)
4.Reptiles race realm
5.Nitaras vampire realm(i would say*)orb separated
6.Netherealm*
7.the oni realm(probably netherealm)

Now, can you buy clothing? Like armor and uniforms that resemble certain characters? If so, im going to make my character monk as Shao Kahn as possible. A more twisted Shao Kahn.... I cant wait for this game to arrive already.

hmm i have trouble believing they'll put so much work into this game that we'll be able to create a character with the likeness of anyone ever in mortal kombat.

We have to wonder if we can mix and match body parts for design, or if not even change the colors?

I'd probably make mine a sort of ninja, maybe black, purple, and brown coloring..

maybe hapkido, mantis, and twin daggers

I'm sure this game will be the best MK so far.

I'm not going to get too excited about the Kreate-A-Kharacter. Nobody ever gets it right first time it's instilled, Look at WWF Smackdown!.

I'm sure it'll be fun, But i don't think it'll be very in-depth or extensive. Hope i'm wrong though, lol.

If he's not in, I'd make Smoke... Though i think i'd have to settle for Human Smoke, Though i really like Cyber Smoke.

If they're not in, I'd like to make Rain and Jade too, But my takes on them. I hope we can make more then one Kharacter... Hmm, I wonder if our monk could be a Shokan? That would be even more fun.

I agree I think that people are letting their imaginations run away with them here. All of this ideas are good, but I just don't think it's gonna be that deep. I think the biggest thing you'll have conrol over is the fighting styles that you use. I don't think it will be a "true" create a character mode: As far as looks go I think we will be pretty limited. Probably the only way you can make your character "like" another is to give them their moves and that's about it. We don't even know if you will be able to choose things like: Sex, Race, Clothes (this one very doubtful) This is sad but very possible.

My custom character will be like Zappa or Sol from Guilty Gear. That would be so sweet to have Zappa do all his psycho body flexability, but Midway probably couldn't put that in.

Sounds good..you can be Kidd Thunder and I get to be Lady Lighting. I'll might try to make a female version of the thunder god even if he does show up.

If I make a kharacter I will make him not like any other kharacter and I don't see why people would want to just be past MK kharacter I'd wait to see what is possable and krate a kharacter to fit my fighting style
