I would say Quan chi, but i'm thinking he'll squeak in. **EDIT** does anyone else find it curious that liu kang hasn't been announced yet? and would anyone care for that matter?

I'd definately like Ermac to reappear in MK/DC. All of the ninjas (except Rain) seem iconic to me so they could be in this games but that would take up most of the roster. As much as I'm a fan of him it doesn't look all that likely...
