some people believe she loved sub-zero by the way she acted in the cinematic scene, but it was never proven

Sareena, along with Kia and Jataaka, was one of Quan Chi's assassins in the Netherealm. She was the last of the three you faced before taking on Quan Chi, and also was the only character other than Scorpion who you could perform a fatality on. If you spared her, however, she would then help you defeat Quan Chi. She then asks Sub-Zero for his help in escaping the Netherealm, only to be "killed" by Shinnok.

Now, because the souls in the Netherealm are already dead for the most part, it's very possible Sareena "survived" her assault at Shinnok's hands. We'll see if we can get more info on her at E3.

I think that Kia is more sexy than Sareena. She was the actress that played Sonya in MK3, Kerri Hoskins.

Sareena's a female, and the game's name is Tournament Edition, not Deadly Revenge.
Yes, she does look like a zombie.
