Barak and Reptile's story are pretty similar actually, well, in the past anyway.

I think Barakas character desing is pretty sweet. Plus, being able to control his arm blades is going to be pretty sweet instead of drawing a weapon (Like really, what better character for the weapon stance than Baraka?)

I'm glad to see him back, he's one of my favorites. I never really like Mileena but whatever, good to have her back too, I have to have characters I hate because it's more fun to kick the piss out of them.

Okay, I'm about the 8th person who's done that, so I'll definitely stop now. Baraka was my favorite character in MK2, and he remains one of my favorite characters in the series. Yeah, his story has never been a deep well of intrigue and mystery, but I always thought that with the right plot/storyline, he could be one of the best characters in the series, if not the best.

Someone mentioned that his arm blades were going to be his weapon stance. It looks that way from the pictures, and that is a GREAT idea!! So yeah, I'm really really glad my main man Baraka is back!

Any Character from MK2 (other than Jax and Johnny Cage) is a welcome addition to MK6. Personally Im glad Baraka is back. He has always been one of my favorite.. I want him to have him Impalement fatality in 3d! H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STICK YAH! However.. if they give him the decapiation fatality.. i will be very dissapointed.. decaps are lame and just an easy way out of giving someone an original fatality. BOO YA!

I hope u die in some accident baraka is awesome but not the best charatcer he would add alot to the storyline/plot

Finally, someone agrees that Baraka is an ugly waste of space. So many returns, yet I still don't like him.

BTW, if my dislike for Baraka offends anybody here... deal with it.
EDIT: although I don't exactly dislike his presence in the game. I'm glad Boon is listening. But still think the character himself blows.
