This is what I think.

---Sindel is good because of Shao Khan's defeat and she is probably trying to save her daughter Kitana.
---Meleena is Bad Just because I don't think she has any good in her and plus she is still trying to kill Kitana to gain the looks.
---Ermac, And Baraka (and if Kano) are bad because they are Generals of Dragon King's Armies.
---Kabal is bad, because he was left dead by Movado and probably the Dragon King restored his life for his services.
---Smoke is good - Sub-Zero retored his soul.
---Sub-Zero is good if he is the younger brother, but if he is the one to be deception like his older brother he is bad.
---Scorpion-Neatral- he just out for vengence again.
---and the rest I agree with Johnny_Cage_rules

By the way I hope Johnny Cage is in it.

Ermac isn't one of the DK's generals. I can assure you that.

Also, the brawl between Kabal and Mavado most likely never happened. Konquest stated this event as a mere rumor. Both characters are most likely good, especially Kabal.

yeah I dont see ermac being a general or a servant of any kind to ANYONE especially after the kahn episode lol. Plus temperoraryusername said it, so it has to be accurate right?

I was just remebering the Anhilation movie with Ermac as a General that is why I said that. But it would be cool for him to be good.

The whole Baraka/Mileena thing has me curious. If they are both still bad then why fight each other? As we are obviously made to believe in the MK:D trailer that their honeymoon is over.

I'm starting to think that perhaps (even though he may not make an appearence in the game) that Shao Kahn may be possibly playing puppeteer with some characters, while looking for his revenge. Why? I dunno... I see Baraka as being with DK and Mileena sent out by Shao Kahn to assassinate someone. Probably all in my head though ;)

You can still be bad and hate others who are bad. I also think Baraka is a servant of the DK and Mileena just doesen't like it and now hates Baraka. We will have to wait and see...

Read my bios and endings for both Baraka and Mileena in the Character Story speculation thread. It's pretty close to yours, although I think that, considering Mileena's upbringing, she would be frightened off from the proposition of serving the DK due to the bedtime stories she was told, causing some conflict with her beau Baraka, who would obviously side with the tyrant.
