Yeah, I'm a sucker for the chick fighters. Ever since I was about 10, and I decided on a whim to try Blaze in Streets of Rage 2, and ended up really liking her. Ever since then, I've always picked the ladies. Some people pick always pick the strong guy, some people always pick the robot guy, I always pick the chick.
As such, I figure I'll bond with Kira most out of the newbies, just 'cause Ashrah's hat weird me out. Plus I'm one of those people that likes black leather over white lace. : P
Which is consequently why I'm one of the few people who can say they're actually good with Nitara. (Alt. Outfit Of Course) I liked her look so much that I took the time to get good with her. Now there's no one I'd rather play Deadly Alliance with.

Best new character? That's a tough one. I'd probably go in this order:
1. Dairou
2. Havik
3. Hotaru
4. Kira
5. Darrius
6. Kobra
7. Ashrah
It's strange...As varied as the responses have been, Kobra doesn't seem to be that high on anyone's list. I dig the teleport and the hoodie look, but that's about it. How about you guys?

well to be honest here's my thoughts on the new characters,and I'm surprised nobody sees this
1. Dairou=pretty interesting looking and a great new step into the right direction for Mk characters
2. Havik=same as Dairou
3.) Kira=really cool,reminds me of sareena in some ways
ok now is where it get's muddy
4. Hotaru=are we playing Tekken?.....guess which character I'm thinking of in the Tekken universe,and if you guess correctly,it's bizarre that you didn't notice this about Hotaru before
5. Darrius=Jax?.....is that you?....token black character in an mk game to silence the public cries
6. Kobra=yeah,Capcom called and wants their Ryu/Ken hybrid-looking character back......he's not even colored in the same way as the other Deception characters,and just looks like a colorform stuck onto the screen
7. Ashrah=Boon exclaims"it's not raidens sister you fools,I swear it's not".....
that's all fine and dandy,but it's not too smart to forge a new character to look all too similiar to one that has NOTHING to do w/ the others story.
Boon also claims that fans are going to flip out over her,the power of her moves/combos and how cool her special moves are
er.....in all the videos I've seen of her fighting in,her attacks don't do nearly as much damage as plenty of the others,her special moves are generic,and she's too short-ranged w/ her midget-arms

I'm looking forward to all of them except Darrius. After watching his bio he looks completly crap. His Alt is an utter joke, and he has the worst 2 fatalities i have ever seen. I wish he was an unlockable because that way i could just leave him out of the game completly.

i agree with futants and disagree with s3lf...asharah has coppied kungloas spin and raidens torpedo (i have always called it the 'guttyguttygaa' dont kno why. and darrius looks awsome his alt looks sweet and his second fatality looks splended...i mean watch it and se the twitch in darious leg....plus the way he nocks of his hed..aw..its wicked......his first 1 sucks tho......im looking forward to darrius...kira...and umm this is a hard 1.....i sey joint between havk, hotaro, and dragon king...if theres anymore then i will post
