Moloch for 3 reasons
1-His kombos are way to powerful, even for a boss
2-he has an infinite kombo which is easy to do with good triming
3-his special moves are almighty

though Goro can be pretty cheap if he becomes grapple-happy, which he often does, same with kintaro. theyre almost as bad as UMK3 motaro the most grapple-happy of them all!!!

Sareena and Noob seem to be as does Scorpion. I just feel the way they're all crafted was intentional for a specific form of play. Then again, you could say that of anyone, but these 3 seem very specific in their functions
Scorpion is made overpowering for the fanboys.
Sareena was made to control fights with her super fast knives. She helps to educate the weaker players.
Noob is for the no0bs, ironically as he's dangerously easy to win with.

The thing with these boss characters, Is that there slow and you gotta use speed against them to win.
And i'm pretty sure everyone has at least beaten there characters at least a few times, and that wouldn't actually mean "rigged".

Hsu Hao could have been broken. If his Sumo had been tweaked at the speed of Bo's Drunken Fist in MKA. He'd prolly be high tier. But with his speed, and ok, special's he's prolly mid somewhere. But i love him for KAK's, and him as a character peroid.

I also love Bo' Rai Cho for KAK's. While his damage in DF isn't powerful. His SS'n and his Grab is pretty accurate. I was shocked to find out he was broken yet again in MKA. He has been a favorite of mine since DA. MKD i barely used him because ppl would run away, spam Dairou's TSD, or pull out after they lost. MKA i told Tgrant on MSN. I said im happy he's not broken this time around. Sadly, in Jo. He is.
