Is there i final list of who the 12 starting fighters will be and whos the 12 unlockables? And well whos the super secret which i aint really expecting a accurate answer for since nobody know who all the confirmed characters are completely.

I think that the 12 playable will be the characters shown on the select screen at E3. Them being:

Baraka, Scorpion, Mileena, Sub-Zero, Sindel, Bo Rai Cho, Nightwolf, Ermac, Li Mei, Kenshi, Ashra, and Hotaru.

No way official, just my opinion.
