I was wondering that myself. There has not been one Frontal pic of her yet. Maybe she's disfigured? Possibly a Demon like Sareena maybe, scared her face in a fight?

I think they want to keep it a mystery as to whether she has any connection with Raiden. If she has the same glowing eyes AND such similiar clothes it would almost be a dead give away. Then again I could be wrong since there are other characters with the 'white-eye' look.

I agree. Raidens eyes are electrical, however. what if she were his daughter or something?

As in Raiden's supposed to be dead and Ashrah takes his place?

While it's always a possibility, They haven't said anyting about Ashrah being a god, just a demon huntess, but who knows maybe that IS a god?

It would be hilarious if they kept her face hidden like it is all through the game until we see her ending in the game. With that hat is would be relatively easy. Just imagine the frustration.

Actually it seems they don't like showing faces at all. Look at all the "Li Mei" pics. Every one of them has the female in question facing away or the pic is too fuzzy to make out the face or some other nonsense. The whole Li Mei debate could instantly be put to rest if we just had one clear pic of one of her "outfits" facing the screen. Instead we just get a lot of back of the head shots.

Noob Saibot has had a similar problem. Every pic of him except the pale skin ones show him at a terrible angles; people can't decide if he's wearing googles, a ninja mask, or something.

Please Midway, lets see some of these people's faces. No one cares what the back of their head looks like.

This hit me while I was at work, what if Ashrah is Kidd Thunder all grown up. And we were all mistaken in thinking Kidd was a boy all this time. Hey, we never got to see Kidd's face either because of the hat and its hard sometimes if a kid is a boy or girl esp if they wear as much clothing as Kidd did.

Well I think that it Ashra is the water god.I mean there was Fujin the elder ogd of wind.So maybe she is actually Raiden's mother the elder water god.She did'nt want to mess with him because they could both die.
