Outworlders, and Edenians are seemingly aging a lot slower than us, and live longer too. Other realms may also have one of theese traits.

Well lets do the math dude, if Kitana is 10,000 years old & lets say your what 4 times younger then your parents so... 10,000 x 4 & you get what 40,000 years? That is about how old Sindel is when you think about. Speaking of age, do you think you have to be born in Edenia or Outworld to age slow or can you just visit for like a few years & age slow?

These wariors are the best in the universe, Immagine how physically and mentally fit they are. They are so in shape that when they age 100 years is like a day. That is the only logical explanation.

Edenians die at age 40,000. take the the numbers in the ten thousands and thousands place, if you double that thats how old they look. Kitana looks about 20, and shes 10,000. sindel looks about 40, she's probably 20,000 yrs old.

Yeah, the nice thing about comic books and games is; the character don't have to age. It took Sonic forever to look older in the comic, Batman, spiderman, and superman haven't aged a bit. Maybe it was the decision of ed boon to design the game this way[I seriously doubt it! ]

Or, they do age and it's going so slowly it's hard to notice, like sub's hair. But most of them have died at least once anyway, maybe that's it.

characters have aged or changed alot ex sub zero and reptile. jax...ya. and kano only got harrier. (hes like a terminator or sumthing lol).

Why does Sub Zero looked aged didnt they say his ancestors are from outworlds so shouldnt he age slow too?

The Earthrealm warriors aged ten years after the first tournament( I remember them saying it was a decade ago and in the comic it said they were about mid-20s) So some of them should be in their mid-30s

sub-xero got the medallion and made him age really fast

MKD's Konquest is a terrible way to judge characters ages. We have a younger Shujinko training with normal looking Nightwolf (a normal human, so normal ageing rules should in theory apply), then Nightwolf is in MKD completely unaged. And that's before we count silly shit like meeting Jarek in the Netherrealm decades before he could possibly have been born.

Shujinko only aged because the build up to MKD revolves around his life story and the Kamidogu, taking up decades. To ask why the others don't age is a bit like asking why Batman, James Bond, or many other characters don't age (except in certain spinoffs). There's no real answer, it's just kinda accepted that they look the way they do.

the reaso nwhy is because midway probably didnt want to work that hard on the random characters other than shujinko
they had to make the realms,put the chests everywhere,make everyone,they most likely didnt feel the need to make everyone look older when shujinko got older because,perhaps midway never though of how they would look,besides mkd had lots of things they had to do,characters,chess,puzzle,online,extras,they probably didnt have enough time to make the characters age anyway
