Maybe it's just listing her as her ending never happened and she actually did some good. His MKDA ending may have happened where she was injured. It never said how she got injured so you could assume her ending happened or that it didn't. If not, that most likely means she was good and is still his ally.

Or she is now deciving him by pretending she's good after her treachery before. Or, again her ending never happened and she is still waiting to take the Medallion.

Maybe Frost will be one of those "super secret" characters, with a brand new look!

frost was just too ingnorant and she made a mistake, that doesnt make her his enemy and subzero is still teaching her to be a skilled disiplined warrior. . .

My guess is Sub-Zero's ending happened and Frost never got the chance the betray him.

Frost took the Dragon Medallion. She was lacking the strength and discipline To control the Medallion and with her own freezing abilities she was Frozen. Thats what it said from MKDA, So I think she's dead

What's the point of making endings if Midway s'not gonna use them later?

Endings are not what happened no matter what, they are what would happen if so-and-so won the tournament. If Shang Tsung had won MKII, the realms would've been "Doomed to eternal darkness. Have a nice day." Obviously, that didn't happen.

In MKD, we will find out which MKDA endings actually happened. Until then, none of them can be considered canon.

So the MK team can keep us guessing, till the next MK game comes out.

So technically so far only Raiden's, Scorpion's and Reptile's ending happened.

Plus didn't Midway say that this game is taken place be4 the defeat or victory of the DA. Because DK awoken before it all ended.

Technically, until the game comes out, we don't know that any of them happened. We can speculate based on the evidence, as shown in the case of Scorpion, Li Mei and others.

Then the endings can also be the "deception" in the game.

In Sub's Konquest story it said he could sense her ambition or whatever. I didn't say I thought her ending happened ,I was just thinking ,if that was me ,and my "student" lusts for power ,I'm not exactly thinking she's trustworthy. I guess we'll see the answer in his story.
