well kabal isnt a black dragon anymore, but the whole mavado beating up his ass thing, could make him return to the clan for revenge, but I dont know, like I said before, aside from jade, the others are just in the cell to fill that idea of every character is in mkd. So, no jarek imo

Kabal hates the Black Dragon now. I doubt he'll ever help Kira free Jarek. He'd sooner see him dead along with her. Plus Kabal will have a score to settle with Mavado. Kira might try to free him, if him being locked up is actually apart of the story.

We don't know if Kano is dead... Maybe He will back in MK7... Maybe Kira will try to rescue Jarek, this could be a part of her story... I believe that Kabal isn't anymore Black Dragon member, so I don't think he will try to rescue him...
