Will Kung Lao be in MK:D??

I was playing DA last night and for some of that time I played as Kung Lao. I got to thinking "Damn, Kung Lao probably isn't gonna be in Deception" cause I havn't heard anything about him and I think that kinda sucks. Come on, isn't it fun to throw his razor sharp hat around? And he always has a great fatality. I would like to see him in the next one. Does anyone else want him back? Does anyone care? Am I alone?

My guesses are he will be one of the "torrent" secret characters to be unlocked grin

well if I have to choose between Liu Kang or Kung Lao. I would choose KUNG LAO to come back.

Yeah I would much rather have Kung Lao than Liu Kang. Although I don't think Kang will be that bad cause he has his new forms and will probably be evil. I wonder if his zombie form will do a lazy dead-guy version of the WHOOAAAH, that'd be funny. But that would be great if Kunger was one of the playable hidden characters. I would be happy to see him. As would my friend(he's his favorite).

I hope he makes an appearance. I think he' sone of the more interesting and stylish "Earth Realm/forces of good" characters. I always liked him a bit more than Liu Kang, anyway. And the hat is classic.

Kung lao fan boys unite!

Yeah i'll be a little dissappointed if he isn't included what with all his hats and splitting people in halves and great fighting styles and various other whatnots, but there's so much more great new stuff, that i really don't care too much.

Seems a shame to just tease us by throwing him in MK:DA and then removing him from the roster.

Kung Lao is one of my favorite characters in Mortal Kombat. I would be disappointed if Kung Lao is not included in MK: Deception.

Kung Lao has a good reason to return if Liu Kang is included. Kung Lao will definatly have Liu Kang in his storyline if he does return.

I want him back badly. He was my favorite character not to mention the one I was the best at in DA. I pray to the man upstairs he is in the game!

Yes he has to come back. That sucks when they have a character in a MK game and they don't die, they just leave them out of the game. Like Kung Lao is like Earthrealm's only hope basically because Kang is dead and now is probably possessed by someone or something. And Kung Lao needs to be there to kick everyone's ass and maybe Raiden will resurect Kang again.
