Will or can fighting styles win over other fighting styles?

I been told in real life that some fighting styles can beat another. so i wanna know if that goes for MKD. i think i might not because that would be kinda cheep but let me know what u think.

no way. just like in DA, no one has an advantage. Block-retaliate-block-retaliate. Fighting styles just make it look better. it will be fun, though. i'm not trying to dis the game.
