The 12:43 came from the render in the Krypt showing Kenshi's glass eyes; one of them is a digital readout saying "12:43". Despite rumours stating it's a key to the secret, playtester Ray DeGuzman tells us the only significance to it is that it was the time at which the artist finished rendering that image. The code people refer to might be the version code, which tells what version of the game you're playing. While the existence of the code has been confirmed, the actual button sequence itself is not known, and it's not known whether this is considered the final secret or not.

Hope this helps...

I still believe that this final secret is more than just a code version, I just hope that they wont take too long to reveal the last secret ( if there is one ) cause I don't think that we will ever find it, no matter a much time we put in to it......, we haven't found anything yet and we will not find anyhing unless Ed Boon give us some hint....
