I'm actually considering buying an X-Box just so I can have the best version of this game.

I currently have a PS2 but it would always bug me to know there's a better version out there.

Question: would you be able to play MK:D online without subscribing to Xbox Live (similiar to how you would play it with PS2 I guess)? Or is it subscription only? Because if I can play online for free with PS2, then that's something to consider.

Better control, posibility of a larger online fanbase(more opponents), plus Subzero Premiun cover.
The only one I have that it's on, PS2.

Every online Xbox game requires a Live subscription to play it. That's your Xbox online ID.

I'm not 100% about it but, my guess is that since nothing has been said and the game is 1 month and a half away from release, that PS2 online play will be free.

I have a GC and a PS2, and I got MKDA for GC, so I'll have to adjust to the controls for the PS2. I don't think that one version of the game will be better either, Xbox VS PS2 wise. That's all opinion based.

Its been confirmed both games will be exactly the same except Xbox having a little better graphics thats it. PS2 All the Way For ME!!!!!
