Not really. Raiden has always been playable. Even though he is a god, he would still be pretty easy to beat. I like Raiden alot and he is my favorite MK character but I would never want to see him as a sub boss. A sub boss should be something like what Kintaro was in MKII.

yeah this should be kool now that he have is "evil" look.

It would be more interesting than the other sub-bosses.

Alot of people complain about how slow and boring Goro, Kintaro, Motaro, and Moloch are. Besides DK could give him extra powers.

True but if its true and Raiden is just a weaken god, then I still only think that maybe the Dragon King may be using Raiden as a DECEPTION to Earth's warriors as they look as Raiden as their leader.

Raiden wont be the sub-boss in MKD.

To be honest though, i really wouldnt want Raiden to ever be a sub-boss, IMO he doesnt match it very well. I always see him as the "strong usual character" type like Liu Kang, except with special powers.

I think it'd be cool if Raiden was the sub-boss...but I don't see it happening. Good to hear something new though.

I think Lui kang has a better chance of becoming the sub-boss

It is a possibility, say if raiden stooped to the level of allowing dk to control his motives. He is trusted among earths warriors, and raiden leading them astray could very well be the ultimate deception. But that just isnt gonna happen, hes always been a good guy.

Personally I wouldn't want Raiden as a sub-boss, because I like a newer character instead of one thats been in all most every game.
