KABAL because he's been away along time and if all the rumors of shao khan being in Deception than you goda know that Kabal's gonna be looking for revenge on Khan and Mavado which would make for an intresting story. plus i missed his blades and his lazer and his face'ahhhhhh' i loved that fatality it was kick ass and i'd be funny if they put that in 'TOASTY'

I hate to say it, but so far my favorite of the confirmed characters is Ashrah. This is mainly because of all the rumors and debates she has created with just a few images. However, I still pray to the little gods of technology that Raiden will return.
