Here are the characters I want to be in MK6 (I will list more later):

Good Characters

Kung Lao: new leader; fights the Dragon King and his forces; (perhaps Kung can steal Kitana since Liu is gone)

Kitana: gets "closer" to Kung Lao out of her depression for Liu Kang's death; sides along Earth's forces to fight the Dragon King and his forces

Jade: helps Kitana but there is something more to Jade than what Kitana realizes

Sonya: is captured by Mavado

Jax: tries to rescue Sonya by fighting Mavado but loses to him and his bionic arms are destroyed; Jax must learn how to use his inner strengths in order to fight and to win.

Raiden: helps earthrealm fighters against the Dragon King and his forces

Fujin: aids Raiden and the earthrealm fighters in the fight against the Dragon King and his forces

Sub-Zero: the Grandmaster of the Lin Kuei helps the Earthrealm fighters against the Dragon King's forces but he must also deal with the oncoming threat of the Red Dragon along with Quan Chi. And he must also deal with Frost and Sareena.

Evil Characters

Reptile/Dragon King: When that mysterious egg cracked open, a beam of light came out and transformed Reptile's body, evolving him into an entity of immense power. The Dragon King has finally returned and now he plans to rule all realms.

Kintaro: Before Shang Tsung's death at the hands of Kung Lao, he tries to resurrect Kintaro as a last result to destroy the Earthrealm fighters. However, Shang Tsung did not have enough time nor did he have enough resources to resurrect the mighty Shokan warrior so Kintaro's resurrection was not complete. But, the Dragon King was able to find and somehow bring back Kintaro's vaporized body. Now that Kintaro is alive again, he teams up with the Dragon King as his top general to destroy the earthrealm fighters. However, there is one particular person that Kintaro has his sights on for destroying......the God of Thunder....Raiden....

Baraka: swears revenge on Kitana for killing Mileena; Baraka seeks help of the Dragon King

Quan Chi: When Drahmin and Moloch fight Quan Chi, Drahmin pushes Quan Chi into a mysterious room of light. Inside the room, Quan Chi somehow absorbs Drahmin's strength. Quan learns of the return of the Dragon King so he gathers the forces he has left and plots to try to take away the Dragon King's power for himself.

Mavado: Mavado prepares his Red Dragon clan to destroy the Lin Kuei and the Special Forces.

Drahmin: after his powers were absorbed by Quan Chi, Drahmin returns to his normal form before he was transformed into an Oni. He wanders throughout Outworld until he comes across the Dragon King who gives Drahmin great power, powers far greater than before, in exchange for his services as a general.

Nitara: Nitara's goal was to go back to her homeland in order to obtain the strongest members of her race of Vampires. Nitara and her vampires join the Dragon King so that her world will be spared.

Neutral Characters

Kenshi: after his defeat by Mavado, Kenshi searches throughout Outworld to look for Mavado so that he can defeat him and regain his honor.

Unknown Characters

Frost: after being frozen by the powers of the Dragon Medallion, Sub-Zero heals Frost and returns her to the Lin Kuei headquarters to fully recover. However, Frost secretly escapes after recovering and allies herself with Sareena.

Noob Saibot: Just like Scorpion, Noob Saibot is also after Quan Chi, but for other reasons. Since Quan Chi doublecrossed Shinnok all those years ago, Noob Saibot wanted to destroy the sorceror. However,

Sareena: (we know her bio already for MKTE but I do want her and Frost to be some sort of allies)
