Nope, in Alien they pop out of their chests. In Cloverfield the person explodes. Watch the new trailer, there's a shot of it happening to a girl about halfway through (she's behind a curtain with some hazmat guys trying to hold her still then...*pop*)

No thats not what happening some other people thought that but as shown by an offcial screenshot realeased around the time of the second trailer what's happening is those two big things are guys in quarentine suits leading many to believe the monster came with a virus of sorts.I'll look for the picture later.

That's what I just said. The two guys are soldiers in hazmat suits. The girl they're holding is infected. When someone's infected, the little monsters grow inside of them, and the person is ripped apart when the monster comes out.

looks to be more like a virus that makes them bleed internally then a monster in their bodies my guess what comes out of her body in the trailer is a flow of blood.

In the trailer nothing 'comes out.' The girl's gut just blows up like a balloon. The baby monster thing is from a few of the leaked movie synopsis' coupled with some of the stuff JJ Abrams has said about the flick.

Shall we not argue and wait till the movie comes out to decide that?
