WOW, they need to make this like I need another hole in my head! The first three sucked in my opinion, and actually, they tied every loose end in the last film, so why the hell would they need another one?

I'd rather them make a feature film on the Animatrix then another real movie.

I love the matrix trilogy but making another one?

I heard there was talk of making more films based around some or all of the following:

Jada Pinkett-Smith's Character
The young guy who looked up to/had a crush on Neo
Morpheus

Or a Prequel (cause they aren't being done to death).

Actually, I just saw another person in a diferent message board make a thread with no sources saying that the movie was actually called Matrix The Judgement.

you can yell at me after this....but you know how they said there would be three matrix movie. well i was thinking that Matrix Reloaded and Revolution is one movie.

this is what i mean about one movie, like Kill Bill, i was really mad at people saying they like Vol. 2 better then Vol. 1, i was like "um....how can you like Vol. 2 then 1, theyre basicly one movie" the reason why Kill Bill has 2 volume is becuase its to long, so they split it in half.

So i thought that Reloaded and Revolution is just one movie. and the "Matrix Evolution" is the third installment but anyway, i could be wrong.

I know what you mean, I consider the 3 Matrix films as 1 movie, they are just divided in parts/episodes/volumes. Same for Star Wars, LOTR, Kill Bill,....

But the Wachowski brothers said that they will never do another Matrix movie. At IMBd and Moviefans.de are also no news about that. It's just a rumor.

Well I thought the ending in Matrix Revolutions was utter bull shit. I hope they fix that series up before they close it. I thought the original Matrix movie was the best one.

Don't see how...Revolutions wrapped the series up with a settlement for both sides. The war ended, and a truce was made, and both sides can coexist...

I do remember that the Wachowski brothers say that there will be only 3 movies.

Dont take this the wrong way,but it never wrapped everything up.In fact the matrix online takes place right after the second movie.Cause if you listen to the producer of reloaded/revolutions he saids it himself that they are both just one long movie.So in fact from that point of view of the film makers themselves there has actually only been 2 movies.Just like how Kill Bill v1-2 is actually one movie cut in half.Not a sequal.I was watching CBS and it was on the news and the entertainment part.So I am guessing it is probably on cbs.com somewhere?But infact my topic is wrong for me to prove my point cause it should state 3rd sequal to the matrix movie annouced.Cause we all know revolutions was not a sequal just the second part of reloaded has alot of people on here have said that they are both one long movie cut in half.

It's just like saying you prefer the second half of Reservoir Dogs to the first half. It's all one movie, but there's nothing wrong with picking which bit of it you liked best. And since Kill Bill was split into two separate volumes, people are bound to compare the two and decide which one they thought was better.

They may be pieces of one story, but they are individual movies.
