I work in E-Commerce and it is very difficult to get something shipped by internet out of the US through a popular retail site. Mostly because of High internet fraud and theft. With such high theft many companies simply do not ship outside the US. You may need to find an international site to purchase from that is like Amazon. I don't know of any but I can tell you that many retailers websites won't ship outside the US. Good luck to you though.
